Federal rank

The Federation rates all pilots based upon their success (or otherwise) at executing intelligence-gathering, courier, reconnaissance and, ultimately, assassination missions for the Federal military. Few concessions are made to beginners, but progress through the ranks brings fair rewards for the persistent.

Imperial title

Not every pilot wishes to work for the Federation. Accordingly, the equivalent Imperial title shall be given. The Imperium is welcoming to newcomers, but the highest offices of state are difficult to attain.
